So, on Monday I had a diabetic visit with my Dr. A1c is down to 6.7 from 7.0 3 months ago. The only change I've made is using Bodykey by Nutrilite. Dark chocolate, French vanilla and Strawberry are the flavors that rock!

Today I stepped on the scale just because, and it read 434.8 down some more.

So, last week I bounced up to 438. :( In the morning I'll see where I'm at, and go forward from there. Always forward.
