Our final day at Kentucky FFA Camp was the perfect way to wrap up an incredible week!
This morning, our members worked together to clean and reset camp, making sure everything was ready to welcome next week's campers. Service is a big part of the FFA experience, and our members were proud to leave camp better than they found it.
During our final session, Chapter President Kelsey Vaught was selected by her fellow Camp Council members to represent them on the officer team, serving as the Reporter. We are so proud of Kelsey for her leadership and the way she represented our chapter throughout the week! ๐๐
We also have some exciting news our chapter was one of just four chapters selected to receive a $500 Community Service Grant! Stay tuned to see the project our members developed at camp and follow along as we bring it to life over the coming months.
As we head home, we're taking with us new friendships, stronger leadership skills, unforgettable memories, and plenty of ideas to make this school year our best yet. We are so proud of our members for the way they represented our chapter all week long, and we can't wait to see all they accomplish this year!
Until next year, Kentucky FFA Camp! ๐ฒ๐๐

Day 2 at Kentucky FFA Camp was packed with learning, leadership, and plenty of fun!
The day began with officer and membership classes, where our members exchanged ideas with students from chapters across the state and learned new ways to strengthen their own chapter. We also had some time together as a chapter to bond and get to know each other even better.
After lunch, members participated in leadership workshops, adding even more tools to their leadership toolbox.
One of the highlights of the day was completing the ropes course! Each challenge required teamwork, trust, and communication as our members leaned on one another to navigate the different stations.
We wrapped up the evening on the volleyball court, where our team played hard and advanced to the second round! ๐

We made it back from Italy just in time to hop on the bus for the Kentucky FFA Camp!
This week, we have 12 members representing our chapter, and they're excited to learn more about themselves, strengthen their leadership skills, and put their teamwork to the test.
Day 1 is already off to a great start! Members have been placed into their color groups, made new friends from across the state, and signed up for activities for the Ag Olympics later this week. We also heard inspiring remarks from Bethany Mattingly with the Kentucky Department of Agriculture to learn how we can participate in their programs this year. Then we wrapped up the day with the chapter kickball contest.
We're excited to see all the opportunities, memories, and friendships the rest of the week has in store. Stay tuned for more camp updates! ๐๐

๐ซ๐ทโจ Day 7 โ Our Final Full Day of the Trip! ๐โค๏ธ
Today marked our final full day of an unforgettable adventure through Italy and France! ๐ฎ๐น๐ซ๐ท
We started the morning with a visit to Fragonard, one of France's most well known perfume factories. ๐ธ๐งด Founded over 100 years ago, Fragonard is famous for producing high quality perfumes using traditional techniques. During our tour, we learned how fragrances are transformed from flower to bottle, from extracting the scents to blending the final product. We also discovered that everything is still done by hand and that Fragonard products are sold exclusively in France. Of course, everyone enjoyed testing different fragrances to find their favorites! ๐บโจ
Next, we crossed another country off our travel list with a visit to Monaco! ๐ฒ๐จ We had free time to explore the world's second smallest independent state and experience everything this beautiful destination has to offer. We watched the guards outside the Prince's Palace, admired the stunning cathedral and gardens, enjoyed a delicious gyro for lunch, and even got to drive along part of the famous Formula 1 street circuit. ๐๏ธ๐ฐ๐บ
We wrapped up the day with a walking tour of Nice, followed by free time to explore the city's beautiful streets, shops, and waterfront. ๐โ๏ธ
This trip has truly been unforgettable, filled with incredible experiences, lifelong memories, and countless opportunities to learn about agriculture, history, culture, and the world around us. A huge thank you goes to our amazing tour director, Luca, who made this journey so enjoyable from beginning to end. We are incredibly grateful for every opportunity we had to explore new places, experience different cultures, and make memories that will last a lifetime. ๐๐
