We have been flooded by hurricane helene and expect to be closed for two weeks. When we open we will be able to access the orders. We have to get new computers etc and about half of our products were destroyed. We will be in contact with everyone who placed orders as soon as possible. If you paid with credit card, you will not be charged until you order is ready to ship. PayPal charges when the order is placed. Let me know if you paid by PayPal.
