Do any of you PERSONALLY know any real estate developers in the Tampa area?
In 1971, the interest-rate for a mortgage was 7.33%. Had you waited for the interest-rate to go down, you wouldn’t have bought a house until 1993. You would have rented for 22 years waiting for interest rates to go down while the value of real estate quadrupled. Literally, don’t wait. DM me.
