One of my great friends and repeat Client (and non-facebooker) let me help her downsize this year. From her townhome to a smaller condo, Carla bought and sold her homes in Carrollwood Village while changing jobs! And, the condo wasn't for sale yet. I found it by sending letters to the buildings where Carla wanted to live! I'm pretty proud, grateful and excited that she can live simpler, which is what she wanted!
