🎉 We had the privilege of capturing an inspiring moment at The University of Tampa yesterday as Lauren Thomas Compton, CEO of Thomas Financial, shared her incredible journey with students!

Lauren emphasized the importance of tackling the hardest tasks first, creating a structured work environment, and maintaining professionalism in all settings.
