2008 BMW X3, customer said he was driving down the road and vehicle started to overheat, got out noticed the serpentine belt decided it was no longer wanting to operate and was throwing cam sensor codes. Went there replace the serpentine belt andto figure out what cam sensor was throwing the code. Replaced that as well and he’s been a happy customer ever since.

2020 Kia Sorrento. Customer states car turns on but doesn’t start. I look over the car to see what's the issue and after further diagnostics, I update the customer that it needs a new starter. look at this thing and see what’s going on after further diagnostics. I explain to the customers that main reasons that starters go bad is because they don’t disengage and it travels the speed of what the engine is traveling, causing them to burn out. Replaced the starter and car fired on first key turn so looks good to go. Give us a call/text anytime.

2022 Kia optima, Customer stated that they had the spark plugs changed along with the coils but still having issues with misfires on 2/3 cylinder. After doing a diagnostic to determine that coils were firing, we pulled the plugs to see that plugs weren't actually new. Placed fresh plugs in the car to get it back running smoothly. The customer was more then happy with the results of our work.

Accidents do happen even when they aren’t your vehicle. This customer didn’t realize that this was a diesel and added gasoline in the tank, lucky it was only 4gal and they realized really quick that diesel does not like gas. Got them all back up and running to include saving an engine in the process.

2013 town and country was having over heating issues and losing coolant. Replaced radiator and thermostat. Came out to them on a Sunday to make sure they were able to make it to work Monday.
