Even though we are still in private BETA, I wanted to share something that I have been working on for the last year in stealth mode.

Rentifi is a Peer to Peer eCommerce rental marketplace that lets users list/rent/store anything without having to leave their home. We have partnered with last mile delivery services across the country so you dont even have to leave your home.

At lot of this was made possible thru our partnership with an international hardware provider that has been placing lockers across the country in key metros, meant to be utilized specifically by our app.

These lockers allow our app to access them securely, allowing discrete, safe and convenient pick-up/drop-off. Rentifi connects directly to these lockers as well as any hardware we decide to integrate with other 3rd party service providers. Meaning, we can turn anything with the proper lock into its own private lockable, but rentable item (think front door of your home, a shed, your car, a golf cart, etc...)

Our platform also allow users to drop off and pickup items for friends/family. You can do this without downloading our app via something called an App Clip which allows near instant locker rentals for just about any reason. You can also rent a locker by the hour or day as well if you are near a locker and dont feel like carrying something for an extended period of time.

We also have an invite only section for 'Big Boys Toys' where users can either list/rent items not normally accessible to the public. We use Plaid to assess someones 'rentability' score and depending on the items and how they are rented, can even insure you thru Lloyds.

As of today, I'm actively looking for additional places to put our lockers. That could be one of a dozen types of businesses:

Apartments/High Rises
Restaurants
Outdoor Sports Area
'Dock/Boat locations'
Clothing Boutique
Restaurant/Bar
Shelter
Retail Shop
Anywhere that has good foot traffic that makes sense.

We'll provide the locker (for free) and will even wrap it custom to match your location. We have a profit sharing program that I'm working on to encourage its use. These lockers can be filled with items specific to your business that your customers may need to use temporarily.

Rentifi - It's like AirBNB, but for your stuff. Makes it easy and seamless for people all across the country to monetize their things... ...we are like AirBNB for your stuff!

If anyone has experience hosting a software hackathon… I am looking for an events person to help make that happen.

Have a sizable cash pot and a modern location as humanly possible downtown to work from when the event commences.
