Ken Siu, PE brings over 14 years of experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning, serving both public and private sector clients. He holds a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master’s in Civil Engineering from Florida International University.

His project experience spans a broad range of transportation initiatives, including infrastructure planning, transportation concurrency and impact analysis, and pedestrian safety improvements. Ken has played a key role in signal retiming efforts across multiple FDOT districts as well as for local municipalities throughout Florida.

He has led safety studies in Hillsborough County, conducted corridor studies in FDOT District 5, and supported numerous contracts providing General Engineering Services for cities and counties statewide.

It was a pleasure to participate in the City of St. Petersburg’s Office of Supplier Diversity's Contacts and Contracts Bus Tour this past Friday. The tour provided a valuable opportunity to engage directly with procurement staff from the City of St. Petersburg, Pinellas County Economic Development, the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA), and St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE). This annual event is an excellent resource for SBE/MBE firms and continues to foster meaningful connections and business opportunities. .Pete
