Ellison Development will continue operating as a separate entity with Casey Ellison remaining as CEO. Sam Ellison will continue to lead Ellison Advisors, an owner’s representative firm.

Scoop, there it is! 🍦🛠️
We’re breaking ground on a new 1,800 sq ft ice cream shop that’s all about sweet treats and good vibes. Think black & white finishes, natural wood accents, boba + milkshakes, and a cozy nook just for kids. There’s even a pop-up space for local vendors and turf outdoor areas for families to hang out. Bonus: we’re keeping two of the original roll-up garage doors for that perfect indoor-outdoor feel.

Project Update! 🧱
We just completed a full rebuild of a fractured brick wall—using original bricks salvaged from demolition activities to preserve the character of this historic structure.

Next up:
• Clearing over 2 feet of soil inside the building
• Installing 20-ft deep helical piles for soil stabilization
• Installing a massive 1-ft thick load transfer platform
• Forming a new monolithic perimeter foundation to support future steel framing, new storefronts, and a new mezzanine level in the building.
