Young Christian Leaders Development Programs, formerly First Priority of Tampa Bay, is a registered nonprofit that develops students and young adults into great leaders. These values help us to focus on a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, flexible mindset, and a desire to be others-focused.

We are grateful for all who showed up today for our luncheon in north Tampa. Our staff shared updates, 3 students spoke, and our president talked about Identity Development and the Impact of Arrested Development. Thank you to all of our supporters for a great day!
