Sherlock Virtual Solutions (SVS) is looking for Cold Caller Agents (Fresh & Experienced) to join our growing team. We offer competitive salaries, clear growth plans, and performance-based bonuses.

💰 Salary Packages (EGP):

- Fresher: 10,000 (7,000 basic + 3,000 KPIs) – Target: 50 leads
- 3–6 Months Experience: 13,000 (10,000 basic + 3,000 KPIs) – Target: 60 leads
- 6–12 Months Experience: 16,000 (12,000 basic + 4,000 KPIs) – Target: 70 leads
- 1 Year & Above: 20,000 (15,000 basic + 5,000 KPIs) – Target: 80 leads

🎯 Bonus: 500 EGP for every additional 10 leads.

📈 Fresher Growth Plan:

Start with 10,000 EGP for the first 3 months

Upgrade to 13,000 EGP after 3 months

Upgrade to 16,000 EGP after 6 months

After 6 months: 20 paid leaves/year (15 annual + 5 casual)
