100%. That’s why my daughter will absolutely learn how to shovel snow, scrape ice, take out the trash, do basic handyman repairs, do yard work and much more. Because double standards are not cool anymore. Equal effort by all.

And also, if she ever breaks down on the side of the road, she gonna need to figure it out. Carry your own weight in life. No one gonna do it for you.
Kinda hits different when a guy says it about his daughters I bet. But…. It’s a double standard.
