🐾 Hi there... my name is Chance, and I'm a DC Dogos alum looking for a new home🐾

I'm an 11-year-old Dogo mix living in Ohio (between Dayton and Cincinnati), and while life has been pretty good to me, some big changes have happened for my family. My humans have had to go separate directions, and sadly, it's become difficult for them to give me the care and stability I deserve.

So here I am, hoping someone will give this distinguished gentleman a third "chance". I was rescued in 2015 from a rural shelter in Florida and shortly after made my way to my family in Ohio.

I may have a silver muzzle, but don't let that fool you because I still enjoy my walks, spending time with my people, and soaking up all the love and attention I can get. I'm also perfectly happy being a professional couch potato when the day is done.

Here's a little about me:
🐾 House trained
🐾 Healthy and neutered
🐾 Up to date on all my veterinary care
🐾 Great with kids
🐾 Good with friendly female dogs
🐾 Easy-going and affectionate
🐾 Excellent family companion
🐾 Handsome (if I do say so myself!)
🐾 I have the cutest black marking on my leg :)

I know most people scroll right past the senior dogs and look for the youngsters. But what if your perfect dog is already grown up? What if the best years aren't behind me, but still ahead of us together?

Right now, I really need a foster or foster-to-adopt home. I promise to bring loyalty, companionship, and plenty of sweet old-man charm to the lucky family who gives me a chance.
