🕯️ Honoring Nex 🕯️

We stand in solidarity and grief for Nex Benedict, a non-binary teenager who tragically lost their life after a senseless act of violence at their high school in Oklahoma. Nex’s story sheds light on the harsh realities faced by LGBTQ+ youth in environments marred by discrimination and hatred.

As we mourn Nex’s untimely passing, we are reminded of the urgent need for greater awareness, support, and advocacy for LGBTQIA2S+ youth. No young person should ever face relentless torment or violence simply for being who they are.

At The FitzLane Project, we are committed to creating a safer and more inclusive world where all individuals can thrive without fear. We denounce discriminatory actions and stand with the LGBTQIA2S+ community in demanding justice and accountability.

Nex’s memory will live on as we continue to fight for a world where every young person can live openly, authentically, and without fear.
