Big moves happening on site today!

We are officially in the "prep" phase, getting this home ready for its final transformation. Outside, the team is hard at work installing the lath, expansion joints, and decorative bands to ensure a flawless, crack-resistant stucco finish that’s built to last. 🏠✨

Inside, the transition is just as huge—we’re prepping to hang drywall and finally define these rooms!

Sometimes the smallest things can change everything.

As a full-service general contractor, most of our work involves kitchens, bathrooms, beautiful upgrades, or even building new homes. But this project was different… and honestly, it left a deep impact on us.

When we received the call, we were told the house had caught fire. We expected damage—but nothing like this. When we arrived, the entire home had been consumed. It was truly heartbreaking.

After reviewing the report, it all traced back to something so small… a cigarette that was thought to be fully out, tossed into a trash can on the back porch. In less than two hours, around 2 AM, a family woke up to one of the worst nightmares imaginable—their home in flames. They barely had time to escape with their lives.

We are now taking on the full remodel of this home. Our mission is not just to rebuild walls, but to restore safety, comfort, and bring this beautiful home back to life.

Demo is DONE 💥

We’ve taken this bathroom down to the bones and brought it back stronger:
✔️ Full plumbing replacement
✔️ New layout & improved flow
✔️ Tile work coming in 🔥 (seriously, it’s looking PERFECT)

Every step is bringing this space closer to something special. Just a little more to go… we’re almost at the finish line!

Alright, quick update on one of the build here in Clearwater , FL 👇

We’ve got the foundation prepped and formed, and we already passed our compaction test, so the ground is properly compacted and ready to go.

Right now, we’re working on the underground plumbing — this is where all the drain lines and connections are being installed before the slab goes down.

Everything you see is being carefully laid out and positioned so it lines up exactly with the future bathrooms, kitchen, and utilities.

Next step is going to be the plumbing inspection. Once we pass that, we’ll move forward with:
* Covering the plumbing
* Applying termite treatment
* Installing the moisture v***r barrier

After that, we’ll be all set and ready for the concrete slab pour.

So we’re getting really close to going vertical — stay tuned for the next phase.

“Yeah, we’re gonna need that wall moved… and snacks ASAP.”
