This market has been crazy! Sellers holding out for better offers (that never came), changing their minds about wanting to sell their property... we saw it all.

After a couple of let downs, we found this gem and were able to close on this condo on Marco Island. This community offered everything my buyers were looking for. Including putting their own touch on the home. Let the remodel begin!
