Back in 2018 I worked at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL as Director of Business Development.

I signed 57 new units in 9-months.

How did I do it?

Targeted only condo complexes that were located at Seascape Resort - Majestic Sun, Ariel Dunes I & II, Surfside (it was next door), and the Golf & Tennis Villas

Owner Data - Exported absentee owner mailing list from the county Property Appraiser website for free

Used old school mail merge to print those addresses on address labels

Used Microsoft Word to create a less than stellar looking flyer with Gross Revenue Projections, Rental Program Options, and Owner Benefits (If only I knew what Canva was back then)

Didn't even use envelopes, just printed out the flyers, did a tri-fold and manually stuck labels on each tri-fold flyer

Luckily, we had a mail machine in the office so I got to save some time sticking stamps by running them through that for postage

Mailed them out and then waited for the phone to ring and OH DID IT RING!

You know what the difference was? I gave the owners all the info they needed right on the flyer...They didn't have to book an appointment, they didn't have to email me and ask for a projection, they didn't wonder how we were different than other companies...Give them all the info in one go.

Ready for the big secret.....

I sent the same owners something EVERY. MONTH.

It's about AWARENESS and INFO DELIVERY.
