Pasta Packs gang, meet your new green favorite. 🌿
Our Fettuccine Alla Pesto starts with fresh pasta made in-house. The dough is rolled, cut, and handled by hand before being paired with a vibrant pesto of basil, parsley, garlic, toasted pine nuts, and aged Parmesan.
The texture is silky.
The flavor is bright and layered.
The finish is unmistakably artisan.

This week the kitchen is fully focused on brunch prep, which means we will not be serving lunch on Saturday.
Chef Nic and the team are rolling dough, braising short ribs, and getting everything ready for Pasta Sunday Brunch.

Our Bolognese is one of the original Pasta Packs pastas… a slow-simmered classic that helped put us on the map.
