Write Turns Ink

My last purchase of King Cocobolo blanks contained some of the nicest and most interesting grain patterns I've ever turned. This blank was turned yesterday and displays more of that unique multi-colored grain.

It was sized for a Magnetic Graduate Rollerball pen, one of my most popular models, as it is reasonably priced and the nib can be easily changed from a rollerball to a fountain at the time of purchase.

I cast a few label blanks Saturday and turned a couple Second Amendment versions for the Bolt Action 30 Cal pens. These have been a consistent offering for years and actually were the first label cast blank I made.

Getting ready for July 4th at the market. I have a couple Gun Metal Bolt Action 30 Cal pens with Stats & Stripes and a Slimline using the same blanks.

Grandkids have been here since last week so shop time has been limited. We take them home tomorrow ( meet my daughter half way) so I will get back to work tomorrow afternoon.
