The LCS Transition Program is for young adults ages 18-22 who have graduted from a Leon County High School with an Access Point Diploma. We aim to teach employbility skills, social skills, and independent living skills to create thriving members of our community. We enjoyed our annual cookout to celebrate the end of the school year! We played kickball, basketball, in the sprinkler, cheered, danced and just enjoyed our time together!
Later in the week our students had the opportunity to roast a staff member. 😂
