A couple weeks ago at the Spring JFTX, MS1s and 2s got to practice rappelling and learned how to complete the obstacle course. They showed great resiliency in these skills and left with high morale and a new sense of confidence. Continue striving for excellence underclassmen, so that you may exceed the standard when it’s time for CST!! Great job everyone!

Florida State University U.S. Army Cadet Command (ROTC) FSU College of Arts & Sciences 6th Brigade Army ROTC

This past Friday, our Ranger Challenge team completed day one of their annual Brigade competition held at Fort Benning, Georgia. Their first few events of the day were the weapons lane and functional fitness. The weapons lane consisted of assembling and disassembling many different weapon systems on top of carrying kettlebells and equipment back and forth. The functional fitness lane challenged them to compete hundreds of reps as a team in the deadlift, sprint drag carry, pushups, pull-ups, and ball throw. Our team absolutely crushed these events. Great job Seminoles!!
