Hannah didn't set out to start a company. She set out to find apparel that actually felt like her family — and when it didn't exist, she built it.
Chaos + Co was born out of the racing world her family lives and breathes. The gear out there never quite captured it, so Hannah did the bold thing: she made her own. Now this boutique custom apparel shop in Puyallup creates pieces that feel personal, made for people who want their passion stitched into what they wear.
I got to photograph their grand opening — and you could feel it in the room. The pride, the family, the years of "what if" finally becoming a storefront with the lights on and the doors open. Those are my favorite shoots: the ones where a personal mission becomes something real you can walk into.

One of my favorite parts of events like the Harbor in Bloom Spring Faire in Gig Harbor is seeing familiar faces and getting to tell stories that continue beyond a single project.

This weekend, I had the chance to walk through the fair capturing moments, community, and all the energy that makes local events special — but one highlight was stopping by the .barbershop booth and seeing their business thriving in the middle of it all.

There’s something really rewarding about working with people over time and getting to document different chapters of their story. From creating content together in the past to now seeing them connect with the community face-to-face at the fair, it was a reminder that photography is about more than images — it’s about relationships, growth, and the people behind the business.

Gig Harbor showed up in a big way this weekend. Grateful to be part of it and to keep highlighting the businesses and people building community here.
