Creating the much needed spaciousness we embark upon a physio-auditory journey moving inward, deep within our core with Resonance, a harmonic balancing of frequencies and a form of integrative holistic medicine. Our daily life experiences, along with our personal and ancestral history are then layered upon our soul essence sometimes enhancing and bringing light to ones vibration and others dampening, creating an imbalance and shifting one out of tune. Thus it is integral to our well being that we pause and dedicate time for a devotional practice and the sacred tuning of our-selves. We are after all instruments of beauty, light and grace! Resonance uses breath work, sacred sound, movement, mantra, meditation, aromatherapy and herbalism to consciously open, clear blockages, balance, and align and to connect with the greater cosmos while activating the sympathetic nervous system. By weaving these various processes together we prepare for harmonic vibration and sound to guide us into a meditative theta state taking us on a deep inward journey balancing and integrating the mind, body, and spirit. Through our deep relaxation and stillness we activate the parasympathetic nervous system opening and guiding the individual for restoration and self-healing. Resonance Gatherings and Attunement sessions create a supportive environment for the individuals and the collective to tap into subtle states of consciousness offering a safe place to relax, unwind, breath into stillness, explore the creations of dreamtime, to reflect and contemplate, to let go and heal, to renew vitality, inspire and help one to reemerge into their most optimal self, their most radiant self. Resonance Gatherings and private Resonance Attunements amplify our energetic and protective field making us stronger, less reactive and more responsive to the challenges and struggles we face as individuals and a society as a whole. We are divinely aligned empowered and action oriented, providing us with a solid foundation to work towards and manifest our inspirations and aspirations. As a sound therapist, Reiki master, certified Kundalini yoga teacher, and herbalist I use sound, vibration, breath work (pranayama,) meditation, mantra, movement, universal light energy, crystals and herbs to attune the individual to their optimal vibration and assist them on their process of self-healing and conscious expansion. This experiential process is facilitated in the individual and group by creating a safe and grounded environment for one to relax, release and clear mental, emotional and physical patterning through a physio-auditory experience. Once an individual awakens and activates the infinite self, habitual cycles are interrupted and frequencies elevated creating a divine shift. Through this attunement we gain a deeper sense of self-awareness and with that we can cultivate and more readily navigate our seeds of change and move towards living in alignment with our soul essence and divine purpose. Its one of my greatest joys to support individuals engaged in integration, bringing more light and awareness into their lives and ultimately recognizing their direct connection to the earth and greater cosmos.
