ALL INFO BELOW NEEDED😍 + follow @george.pnw @seattle.locals + @living.inseattle for more stuff in seattle 💕 save this post for later 🫶🏻 J found this breathtaking waterfall that is MASSIVE, super tall at about 150 feet 🤯 and it’s SUPER easy at only 1 miles til you see the waterfall 💫🙈 Here is info you NEED to know: - The drive is 45 minutes from seattle (going west, rly easy and pretty winter wonderland drive 🚗) - we didn’t need 4WD but I think some days if snowing you may, so do some research on that! ❤️ -parking space has about 100 spots. if you drive to the trailhead, just go past it 200m and then the parking lot will be on the left ( a lot of people get confused bc the trailhead appears a tiny bit before the parking lot) ‼️ -this place doesn’t get packed but it is busy! If you start your hike before 9, you should be able to enjoy sometime with yourself ❄️🙌 - it’s super easy. Not really steep at all, but the only issue is 🥺 snowww. We saw lots of people do it without microspikes or crampons. So it’s possible, especially if you have hiking sticks ✅ - Some ground is snow covered though so do not do with just sneakers. But we did it w microspikes, which we got on Amazon for only $15. (XL FOR men’s size 9.5-11, L for 8-9.5.). 😄 Super worth it investment 🙂 Weekdays are not busy at all, and weekends, its starting to get crowded since I actually think it’s the most popular winter hike near Seattle Last tip: DRESS WARM!
