~ Holiday Open House and fundraiser for Mary Bridge Children's Hospital. Join CR & our neighbor, The Good Luck Shop, to Kick off your holiday festivities! 10% of sales will go to Mary Bridge, and you can donate a NEW stuffed toy for your chance to win a sweet gift.🎟

Compass Rose Tacoma is hiring!

We are looking to fill one full time position. Compass Rose full time employees work a four day week, are competitively compensated, and enjoy a generous discount and benefits. Compass Rose is located in Tacoma’s historic Proctor District, a vibrant neighborhood and retail area bustling with shops, restaurants, movie theater and bowling alley.

We are looking for a well qualified individual with experience in retail or restaurant customer service. This person will play an integral role in the cultivation of our store environment. Our team works with an emphasis on collaboration, nurturing growth, personal initiative & follow-through, and the unique value of individuals’ skill sets.

A minimum of three years prior experience in customer focused retail sales of clothing, accessories and/or gifts is a plus.
