Scout is a 7-year-old German Shepherd–Pitt-Golden Lab mix who is a loyal, affectionate, and adventure-ready companion looking for the right home. She is sweet, smart, and eager to please, forming strong bonds with her people and thriving in a calm, structured environment. She is quick to from strongs bonds with her people. Scout does great on walks as she is trained on a prong collar and responds well to clear guidance. She enjoys both relaxing at home or getting outside for an adventure. She is healthy and up to date on all vaccines. Scout would do best in an adult-only home or one with older, dog-savvy children, as she needs a more predictable environment. She requires controlled introductions to other dogs but currently lives happily with a large dog companion. She should avoid a home with small animals due to her prey drive. With an experienced owner who can provide consistency and structure, Scout will be an incredibly loving and devoted companion.

Thor is a handsome large mixed-breed boy who’s already winning hearts. He recently had a great playgroup session, showing off his friendly and social personality with other dogs. This sweet boy loves being around people and enjoys making new friends — whether that’s canine companions or his favorite humans.

Thor came to the shelter after being found in the Auburn area, and now he’s ready for a fresh start with a loving family. He’s got the perfect mix of gentle charm and playful energy, making him a wonderful companion for walks, playtime, and cozy downtime.
