Insecurities are loud. Self doubt is heavy and self sabotage is real.
What do you do when you’re called… but don’t feel qualified?
You move anyway.
You allow Jesus to walk with you one step at a time.
God doesn’t make mistakes. He knows exactly who you are and he still chose you.
I had to get out of my own way… and I’m still reminding myself of that daily.
Don’t let your insecurities be louder than God’s voice.
So many people know you… but they don’t know your story.
And your story matters. I'm speaking to myself as well. This is me being obedient and moving anyway.

God will meet you in the movement.

There comes a point where you can't blame confusion, lack of clarity, or timing anymore. You realize it’s not that you don’t know what to do but it’s that you’ve been hesitant to fully surrender and move.

I’ve struggled with that.

Telling myself I needed everything to be perfect first. The plan, the confidence, the confirmation.

But God doesn’t expect us to be perfect and have it all together. He wants us to be obedient.

Obedience will always require you to move before you feel prepared. This vision has been sitting heavy on my heart for years. Not because God wasn’t speaking but because I wasn’t fully ready.

Many of you have witnessed me walking in my purpose, both personally and professionally, for a very long time. Many of you have worked with me and received and benefited from my services. I know more is required of me, though.

Delayed obedience is still disobedience.
So this is me choosing to surrender. Choosing to move, even when it challenges me. Even when it exposes me. Even when it’s uncomfortable.

My comfort can’t be greater than my calling.

I’m an outgoing introvert, so showing up like this doesn’t come naturally, but I know its necessary. I wasn’t called to stay hidden. I was called to serve.

This isn’t about perfection. This is about purpose. This is about obedience.

My issue was never the worry of not being seen. In fact its the exact opposite. I genuinely know, doing Kingdom work comes with responsibility. I was worried about being seen and then being judged. Judged for not being perfect. I had to let that go.

I know my obedience is directly tied to someone's blessing and breakthrough.

All the advice that you're giving to friends, family and especially strangers.... If you apply just a little bit of your own words to your life, you could be in a much better space. It's so often that we are able to give the best advice to others but struggle motivating ourselves. Quit down playing your own potential. Quit allowing fear to keep you crippled. I know it's easier said than done but at some point, you just have to go for it!
