Scratch Made Sweets

iscovered my affinity for baking, each year to celebrate their birthdays, my friends and family choose whatever sweet they'd like for me to make. Literally anything. Sometimes it's a chocolate cake. Sometimes it's a cheesecake. Sometimes I'm given a recipe they've come across that they'd like made (which is fantastic, as I love making new things). But often times, the request is for (my famous, at least to the people who have tried it) carrot cake (with cream cheese frosting, of course). All of my scratch made sweets are made without preservatives and are made to order. This ensures that the sweets and baked goods are as fresh as possible.
