Finally finished this memorial piece I’ve been working on since July and it truly was such an honor. The client used to spend time with her mother at the Sylvan Beach amusement park and their Zoltan Speaks machine held lots of fond memories for them. Her mother’s ashes are incorporated into the paint. The tarot cards specifically chosen to represent her mother’s spirit. This machine is based on the exact one they used to see every time they went.
I am honored to say this one had gone to its forever home. Truly an honor to create this one. 💗

When you don’t account for your canvas sealant constricting as it dries and now you’re preforming surgery in the studio. is actually phenomenal for sealing wood before guessing it, I’m just silly sometimes 🤦♀️
