We encourage people in all walks of life to discover their innate capacity for nonviolence and to use its power strategically for the long-term transformation of themselves and the world, focusing on the root causes of injustice, competition, and violence. We aim to make the logic, history and yet-unexplored potential of nonviolence more accessible to activists and agents of cultural change (which ultimately includes all of us).

Do YOU understand BLACK LIVES MATTER means more than just pumping your fist and screaming chants . It means more than saying f**k the police, they don’t care about us. BLACK LIVES MATTER means more than breaking down your own city just because you see others doing it.
BLACK LIVES MATTER means standing with your brothers and sisters and demanding that people take responsibility for what is happening. Demanding that the cops take responsibility, demanding that your OWN people take responsibility for their actions .
We are angry, TIRED and disrespected but when it comes down to tearing down YOUR own , we succeed at that. I’m upset with the system of injustice policing but I’m even more upset that as a community we cannot stand together and demand change the RIGHT WAY.
BLACK LIVES MATTER means WE matter . We need to start holding our own accountable just like we are demanding the police to step up their accountability.
LAST night was sickening to watch and just shows you how much further we need to come together as a community to stop the ignorance and create unity.
It shouldn’t be US against US. It’s US against racism and injustice even in our own community.

In complete shock that one year later from my first book that I'm here again. I have so much to say and so many ways to say it , I just hope this reaches who it's intended to . I'm the kind of person that unleashes all emotions and holds no vowels ... My entire life has been about . From losing my father, to losing my mother , to the ending of the only relationship I've ever known. I've always had a way with words and I've decided to try a change the world with every spoken word. I dedicated my life's purpose to my mother because of all she did for my growth and prosperity.
