He had recently relocated from out of state and, after changes in his family situation, found himself without stable support. He didn’t know where to turn next.

Our team immediately stepped in—conducting a safety check, offering calm support, and quickly coordinating with local partners to secure a youth shelter placement.

Within a short time, we were able to connect him to a safe bed and ensure he had a clear path to continued care and support.

Before he left, something small but powerful happened: he saved our number in his phone. His first direct connection to support in this community.
