Starting next week: Singing Soulutions for Cleaner Air
Tuesdays July 14 - Aug 18, 6 - 7 PM
Nancy Cantor Warehouse, Downtown Syracuse
For anyone wanting an opportunity to sing in community while protecting one another from airborne viruses. Singing Soulutions is offering a therapeutic 6-week group focused on freeing your body, breath, and voice – all while having fun together! We share tools for healing and co-regulation through movement, breath, and singing exercises within each session and between sessions. All voices welcome! No singing experience necessary.
KF/KN/N95 Masks required & provided for free. HEPA filters will provide air filtration. Free parking. The Community Room space is on the first floor with no steps to access; restroom is wheelchair accessible with handrails. More accessibility info in registration.
This group is offered on a sliding scale basis. $120 suggested; pay less if you need to, more if you’re able.

Let’s keep one another healthy! Please stay home and rest if you’re not feeling well. We will filter air in the space, and masks are encouraged (provided for free).

Singing has long been a powerful part of social movements as well as an incredible tool for helping us to feel more connected.
