It's December 6th and I'm still feeding my 8 chickens and bunny straight from the garden and I was gifted 6 eggs as thanks. i'm not saying them eatting stickly garden greens and beans all summer was magic but.... alot of people hens have stopped laying for the season. 😏

I've just had what I feel like is a brilliant idea for a recycled/upcycled container to sell my home made yogurt & granola in 😏

Starting to build up an inventory for our farm stand. Pickled eggs, problem is these are hubby's favorite so he has to resist eatting them all. 😅 the deal is for every batch I make, he gets to keep one jar. If you couldn't tell by now I'm sort of a tree hugging eco friendly kind of gal. I've been accumulating glass jars for this. It is harder to can with them but I'll put in the work. Hopefully people like my mismatched jars

So I've made granola for years, its become very popular with the toddler in the house. 😅 When our little farmstead is ready in the spring I'll start making yogurt and I'd like to sell little yogurt parfaits. Maybe with our wild black raspberries in the summer. Anyways, can anyone think of a creative, sustainable/eco friendly way to package cups of yogurt with granola. I can get those cups with the little inset for granola and the lids. But all I found was yucky plastic. I've found plant based compostable cups but no lids or containers for granola. I've found recycled plastic cups with lids but nothing for the granola. I thought about maybe taping a little baggie of granola to those cups but 🤷‍♀️. Thoughts, ideas?
