Launched as a specialty chocolate manufacturer in 2006 to support its retail store The Chocolate Truffle, the manufacturing division saw extensive growth in selling into specialty retailers including Whole Foods, Stonewall Kitchen and The Paper Stores. The retail division grew to three stores, but by 2012 they had scaled down to one and then recently sold off the retail division to focus on growth of the CB Stuffer Brand.
