TESTED AND APPROVED GREEN SMOOTHIE

Serves: 2
INGREDIENTS
1 frozen banana (we just keep a bag of them in our freezer)
1 cup of pineapple, frozen or fresh depending on season (sub 1 piece or 1 cup of any fruit you’d like)
1 cup almond milk (can use water or any other milk of choice)
Juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp h**p or chia seeds (or a combo of both)
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 cucumber, roughly chopped
5 stalks of kale
1 handful of spinach
½ cup parsley or cilantro
6-8 ice cubes
Water as needed
Dash of cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients into a blender or vitamix. Mix well. Add more ice or water as needed to get to desired texture.
Serve and be greeen
