Did you know? Our five physical senses—sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch—plus our mind as the sixth sense organ shape how we understand the present moment. But here's the thing: these perceptions are limited or sometimes completely inaccurate.
When we understand this, we can question our biases and beliefs. Deeper insights and freedom arise. ✨

What to Expect:

🔹 20-Minute Guided Meditation with Crystal Bowl Sound Bath
🔹 Optional Mindful Sharing Circle

What to Bring:

Meditation cushion or chair
Yoga mat or towel (for lying down during the sound bath)
An open heart
