In Part 2 of with Alexander Debkaliuk, Head of Design Ex*****on, we look at how his thinking takes shape in the early stages.

He has a way of working that his team would recognise straight away, where walking into a room he’s been in usually means finding whiteboards filled with rough sketches, scattered notes, and ideas that aren’t always easy to read.

For him, that’s part of the process, because early ideation tends to be messy and capturing ideas visually, even in a rough way, helps move things forward rather than leaving them as just conversation.
