Recess got a little more inclusive (and a lot more fun) with sensory bins, calming tools, and hands-on activities for allstudents to enjoy together. From sharing materials to making new connections, students showed how play can bring everyone together and create a space where everyone belongs. 🌟🤝

Last week, LA County schools came together at Polytechnic High School for the Spring 2026 Youth Summit!
Youth leaders gathered to learn more about Unified through student-led presentations showcasing how their school communities demonstrate inclusion and commitment to Unified values. Students also participated in fun activities like hopscotch, basketball, and more. 👥
