Without a doubt my favorite lift, and also one of the most feared. I always remind people that statistically, weightlifting is one of the safest things you can do. Its only when we do it incorrectly that it becomes dangerous. We aim to empower you to not only be proficient at the deadlift, but begin to discover greater levels of strength, stability, and over all confidence, not just in the deadlift but in your approach to strength training in general.
In this clinic we will cover the set up, ex*****on and common faults found in the deadlift.
Participants will walk away fully competent in their ability to pull heavy ass weight from the floor.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, unfortunately..
The prioritization of “speed work” 🙄 in young underdeveloped athletes is for the parents and the business, not the athlete.
True athletic development requires stages, steps and a sequential order of development where the development of one trait leads to exponentially greater outputs in another.
Neglect or skip steps and you rob the athlete of a critical moment for development.
