As a midwesterner that has a midwestern niceness guilt complex when pricing our beef I have to remind myself that while people are paying more for our beef than conventional feedlot beef they are getting more and beef nutrients.

1,500 native plants going in our the next few days. My body will most likely be aching this weekend but the earth will be cheering.
