Right Bauer

Today is supposed to be our last day, but unfortunately, you guys drank all the beer and ate all the food we have this weekend. We literally have nothing to sell. 😊 The outpouring of support was incredible and we are forever grateful.

You still have one chance to visit this Saturday for a Right Bauer garage sale. Noon to 4pm. We'll have some merch, empty growlers, and whatever interesting things we find as we clean up. Or just stop in and say hi!

We’re bringing back a classic. Get you Oatmeal Whoopie Pies with maple butter cream frosting. While supplies last!

We’ve brewed and kegged our last beer! It is none other than the Peanuckle Porter!

This was first brewed early in our existence and was supposed to be a one off recipe. The requests to bring it back were daily. I ended up brewing this beer more than any other!

I know it's sad, but Right Bauer is closing the doors May 22nd. It was never listed for sale, but someone made an offer for the building and restaurant space. I really had to think about if I wanted to do this for the next 3, 5 or 10 years.

As much as I love it, the sacrifice of running a small business was too great for me in the long run. I simply want to spend more time with my family and loved ones.

Thank you to all the staff, past and present, that worked their asses off. Thank you to the City of Sun Prairie for cultivating an incredible community downtown and of course, our customers!

We still have a few weeks, so let's enjoy it while it lasts!

Pompous Jack is a pomegranate IPA that is fruity, tart and a little self centered if I’m going to be honest.

Brewed with Strata hops, pomegranate juice and a little vanilla and lactose.
