I am keeping this NO MORE ARM JIGGLE workout pretty simple. All that you need to grab is a set of medium weights. I am demonstrating with five pound weights. All upper body work is done standing - no floor work. Here, I demonstrate an alternating lat pull-down, external bicep curls, alternating lateral raise with tricep pulse, lat pull-over, standing ticep kickbacks and an overhead push and press. Complete this workout once for an efficient ten workout. Complete the video 2-3 times for a longer and stronger workout.
