Did you know that nearly 1 in 5 adults in the United States lives with a mental health condition? Mental Health First Aid equips everyday people with the skills to recognize the signs of a mental health or substance use challenge, respond with compassion, and connect others to the help they need.

Whether you're a parent, teacher, healthcare worker, first responder, faith leader, employer, or simply someone who cares, this training is for YOU!
