Good morning!

Romans 3:23-26
[23]For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
[24]Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
[25]Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
[26]To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

The one and only Son of God - King Jesus. All have sinned and all need grace. Your justification is found in the belief in His righteousness, that His blood was a pure sacrifice for all, including you. In believing this you come into agreement with God that His sacrifice of His only Son was absolutely necessary for your sins. God killed His perfect Son...for you. Do you accept this free gift? Walk in justification of His blood shed for all of us sinners today having not a drop wasted in the sands of Calvary. God bless you!!!

Good morning!

1 Thessalonians 2:2-4
[2]But even after that we had suffered before, and were shamefully entreated, as ye know, at Philippi, we were bold in our God to speak unto you the gospel of God with much contention.
[3]For our exhortation was not of deceit, nor of uncleanness, nor in guile:
[4]But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts.

Beloved, when you let God lead you, you will definitely at some point end up in contention with others who may be just as passionate to silence what God has given you to share. You'll notice that Paul didn't try to please men who were obviously upset, that is not the Christian way. The Christian way is to please God by sharing the truth of the Gospel truthfully without any other intent. Paul was met with a public contention, an uproar, a public beating, and being thrown in prison under false pretenses because of passionate liars who didn't want to lose money. But God turned that into a miracle too! And now that miracle rests upon Paul as he writes to those in Thessalonica, the next group of people he is sent to minister to. Beloved, be willing to suffer for God, to spread His word, and while much contention will no doubt find its way to you, God's reputation will be seen by those He is trying to reach! Keep moving faithfully for God! God bless you!!!

Good morning!

2 Thessalonians 2:1-3
[1]Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
[2]That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
[3]Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

Beloved, there are many Biblical warnings like this one from Paul to tell us when Christ will come. Unfortunately the modern church just squawks phrases like "Nobody knows the day or the hour" which is the wrong use of scripture to avoid teaching about the clear signs, like this one, that will take place just before Christ's return. It's no wonder the teaching is weak and ineffectual, there must rise a great apostasy first (great falling away) to usher the enemy in. Such weak teaching is a prelude to that time that is fast approaching. Other things like a third temple being built will also take place. Read your Bible, pray, love, and watch (Mark 13:37). God bless you!!!

Good morning!

Luke 24:46-47
[46]And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:
[47]And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

Christ died and rose the third day so that we can preach the Gospel which frees men from being slaves to sin and gives them eternity as a child of God. But, why did Christ have to die for this to happen? Two words stick out here that should give greater meaning.
1) Behove - A dutiful necessity of great importance and benefit.
2) Remission - Pardon.
So, understand that God's requirement for pardon of sin is blood sacrifice, ie: substitution. Like it or don't like it, that's His requirement. Now understand that the behovement of Christ not only benefits Him to satisfy duty and purpose but also transcends as a free gift directly to you as a free pardon of every sin you ever have and ever will commit. Beloved, look upon Him in His glory having paid all for you and accept that free gift by admitting openly you are in need of His payment and calling Him Lord over your life as the undeniable Son of God! God bless you!!!
