Grateful for the opportunity, alongside my son, to be included in the 2nd annual Pocalla Springs Elementary School Career Fair. The students came in prepared with their questions and showed such a genuine interest in learning about the many career choices that were on site today! My favorite question by far was "How much money do you make?" 😂😂

This was the perfect opportunity to let our teachers know about the up to $10,000 in down payment assistance that may be available to them 🏡

Whew what a day! Had 2 consultations, got 2 more set up today for later this week, worked my part time job, washed 2 loads of clothes lol, and drove an hour each way to take my newly pre approved client on an emergency showing for a home that seller would be reviewing offers for at 9pm tonight. Got home, got the offer written up, signed, and submitted at EXACTLY 9PM!!!!! 🤯🫡 Looking forward to waking up to an offer accepted email! Fingers crossed!!
