This season we’ve done things a bit differently, and hosted a Barista Olympics to determine our specialty spring menu! Results are currently undergoing scoring and evaluation, so even the team doesn’t know what’s coming next, but either way we’re excited to share soon 👀☕️ What creations are you hoping to see?

Everybody say hi to Kerra!! Our Operations Lead of the shop. Originally from Texas, she recently relocated to Sumter to begin an exciting new chapter. Moving from a career in animal care, Kerra is now bringing her skills to Colligo through both admin tasks and barista shifts.

Outside of the shop, Kerra is a nature enthusiast who enjoys golfing with her husband and spending time with their dogs. As she prepares to welcome her first baby, she balances her love for Jesus and community with simple joys: binge-watching a great series, practicing small crafts like painting and embroidery, and of course enjoying a perfect cup of coffee.
