New Lake Tapps waterfront project is getting closer to permitting. The combination of lot, house, and amazing client makes this one I am looking forward to this summer!

Concrete day!! Nothing "simple" about a slab on grade floor. Plumbing, electrical, heating, and communications are all literally set in concrete today. Ready for framing next week and see if we can beat the weather.
