Ingredients
Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded Mexican cheese blend, sliced jalapeños, grilled corn, cucumber, feta cheese crumbles, salt, pepper, and your favorite Salsa de Rosa.
For the dressing, combine olive oil, Salsa de Rosa, lime juice, and red chili flakes and mix together.
Directions
Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl, drizzle with the dressing, toss until evenly coated, and serve immediately.
