We had quite the celebration last Friday! We celebrated Allyson's 1,000th class at the R3finery!
“Since starting in October 2020, I’ve gone from needing Alix to hold my legs down for roll-ups 🤣 to reaching 1,000 classes. Along the way, PT helped me get rid of neck pain that never came back, Pilates helped me build strength, and wellness coaching taught me the power of consistency. But what I’ve appreciated most is the community, especially my fellow 6 AM'ers! The friendships, support, and conversations have become such a meaningful part of my week. And of course… who doesn’t love the coffee? ☕️❤️"
